Learn Practical Skills
Learn from working professionals to enhance your skillset while earning some money during the summer
Cadets
For many of our students 11-15 years old, this is their first work experience. They are learning how to show up on time, follow instructions, work amongst a team, and to earn a living.
Leaders in Training
We train our students 16-19 years old how to be leaders in their communities and amongst their peers. They learn how to de escalate conflict, motivate others to excel, and build community
Kaleos
In Greek, Kaleo means "to call". For our students 20+ years old, we call them to be the leaders they were created to be. They have received the training and now it is time to put that training into action.
